Located on Brighton seafront opposite the iconic remains of the West Pier, The Salt Room takes inspiration from the colours and materials of the shoreline. Utilising reclaimed timber panelling and the rough original brickwork of the building, the beautiful seafood menu is further complimented by dark blue tiling, teal upholstery and warm copper lighting. We added small details such as rivets to table edges and bespoke industrial ship lights to subtly reference the crumbling ironwork of the pier and boats visible through the terrace windows.
