Kiss The Hippo, Richmond is the flagship store and in-house roastery for a new sustainable and fair-trade coffee provider. With an emphasis on serving excellent coffee and food, the interior is unfussy and minimal so as not to distract from the quality of the product. Taking inspiration from Japanese minamalist design, the space utilises very few materials and a predominantly white, grey and timber palette. Interesting joinery details and the bespoke-designed lighting and furniture all come together to form a cool, calming and contemporary environment.
